Access control questions
Can I see an audit log of who came and went?
Yes — every access event is logged with timestamp, credential used and door/gate. You can view the full history from the management software or app.
What happens during a power outage?
All our access control panels are UPS-backed. Most also have a fail-safe / fail-secure option that you choose at design time depending on your security preference.
Can domestic workers or contractors get temporary access?
Yes. Time-limited credentials (a PIN code valid only between 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, for example) are standard. You can revoke them instantly from the app.
